Mongols milk cow, ewe ir nanny goat and boil the milk gently. Then they curdle the boiled milk. Curdled milk releases whey. Then it is boiled in the whey until the whey is absorved away. Mongols scatter the boiled curdles on the rack to dry and store them for winter use. They also mix the boiled curds with cream or milk skim and eat it. The boiled curds are a combination of all good qualities of dairy products. They are the nourishing food. Only Mongolians make these kinds of products from molk. The boiled curds are good treatment for chromic troubles of gall and liver.

Palau's Rich Heritage in Nature and Culture_A Young Mother
First Childbirth Rituals\nThe first childbirth ritual is the process that a new mother, the 'mlechell', goes through during after the birth of her first born child. A mlechell drinks herbal medicines to cleanse her body and make her strong and healthy. She begins her Omesurch (hot bath ritual), which usually takes place one to three months after giving birth, that lasts for several days, depending upon her clan. On the last day of this ritual she goes through an herbal steam bath called Omengat. The Omesurch and Omengat cleanse and heal the mlechells’ body. Each clan uses different combinations of plants. The final presentation is the last process when the mlechell is prepared for presentation to her husband’s family. Her body is coated with 'reng' (coconut oil and ginger mixture) giving her a glowing appearance. She is adorned with her family’s traditional grass skirt, headdress, and body ornaments. A Palauan money is placed around her neck by her husband’s family. The ceremony symbolizes her transition into motherhood and establishes a bond between the two families.

Boria
Boria is a theatrical performance that is rather popular at the Northern region of Peninsular Malaysia, especially at Penang Island. It has a combination of comedic sketch, song and dance segments and often feature popular songs rhythm such as twist, agogo, Hindi pop songs, pop and others. The performance often starts with the solo performance of tukang karang (storyteller), who shall sing and dance with a walking cane. The storyteller will be joined by a group of dancers—who are usually dressed up as sailors—and sing the song with dance movement in any group. Lyrics are carefully curated with comedy elements. The musical instruments used for Boria are violin, gambus, marwas, cymbal, gendang, accordion, harmonica and guitar. The props used include oil lamp, flag, keris, umbrella, manggar flower and walking cane.

Rakhine Due long Saun (Rakhine Harp)
Rakhine Due long Harp is influential used to play for the royal ceremonyof the ancient Rakhine king. Later it has to be used influential to the countryside. By using Marlakon fiddle was found at the period of Visali of the king of Chandra. At the time of king Chandra, the lyrical ode of the crown-princess Saw Pyae Nyo was played with the various kinds of instruments. Long-drum and Than-Lwin-drum contained in this instruments. In the Myanmar era of 897 ( 1535 AD ) when was called Lay Myoe Age, King Min Bar built Yan Aung Zaya Shittaung stupa with a vaulted vase. Rakhine oil lamp dance, Shawl dance, Powewar dance, the sports of Mrauk.U period such as the posture of wrestling, boxing, the stick martial art and the figures in the posture of playing the Rakhine musical instruments such as the Rakhine Duelong harp, bamboo pipes wind instrument, melodious small drum, hand-cymbals, cymbals, horn, long drum, Marlakhon fiddle, the bugle, the cymbal and the flute, horn, longdrum were sculpted as the ancient supporting evidences of Rakhine Duelong harp on the western wall of the second tunnel of Shittaung pagoda.\nThe body of Myanmar harp has to be made hollow and covered with deer skin. Rakhine Duelong harp is not as same as Myanmar harp. It is a log harp because the body of log has to be carved out of hollow. The arm of it is made with wood which is put on silk-yarns to be played. The red loop of strings tethered to the neck of the harp is used to make tuning like as Myanmar harp. The shape leaf sprout is carved out the top of the arm of harp and it is the shape of obeisance to the arm. There is a hole beneath the body of harp. It is composed of the body of harp, the arm of harp, the end-piece on the arm of harp in the shape of a banyan leaf, the hole in the body of harp ( Nat Thami: bau ), tail-piece of harp and twelve strings of harp strings like as Myanmar harp. There are 12 strings and tune by tuning cord. It is played with fingers to produce melodies. It has to be played Thar gjin:, Ei: gjin:, El: gjin: that based on the Rakhine four scales of the song of sea wave, a thunderous song, the echo and the sound of water- drop.\n-2 feet 4 inches in the length of the body of harp\n-9 inches in the width of the body of harp\n-7 inches in the height of the body of harp\n-2 feet 5.5 inches in the height of the arm of harp\n-1 feet 6.5 inches in the length of the tail-piece of harp

Danu War Chae Chaung (traditional bamboo reed instrument)
Cut a strip of bamboo into the necessary length and carve it into the shape of reed. Then, road the carved reed and give it a final touch. Perforate the bamboo on both sides and string it through the holes. Beeswax is applied inside the reed. Danu traditional bamboo reed instrument can be made into the desired size. It is played by blowing and the vibration of the string. Inhaling and exhaling make different sounds. This instrument can produce louder sound if it is painted with oil and roasted.

Ancestral worship ritual of the Lô Lô
Held annually on the 14th of July at the home of the patriarchs. When someone in the family has died for 3-4 years, the eldest son will build an altar and a tablet. The altar is close to the nave wall, opposite the main door, there are wooden figures, which are plugged or installed in the wall above the altar to represent the ancestors' souls. The offerings must include: 1 cow, 1 pig, 1 chicken, sticky rice, wine, gold coins, oil lamps, and bronze drums.\nThey invite priests and borrow bronze drums to perform the ceremony and ask people to dress up as forest people (Ma Co-Gà Lu Ngang) to dance the ritual. The worshiping ceremony has 3 main parts: Sacrifice Ceremony, Memorial Ceremony and Ancestor Farewell Ceremony.
