The sound of the Babadok instrument gives a very aesthetic color to the movement, the rhythm of the sound gives the passion of the body that watches and the dancer's body hypnotizes the audience so that the audience wants to join in dancing the Tebedai dance. The sound is the sound of the Babadok, a traditional instrument from Timor Leste.
However, before becoming a traditional sound instrument, the Babadok was originally made from a piece of wood and animal skin, from the hands of a craftsman, animal skin and wood became one and produced a sound and rhythm called Babadok.
