Kazakhstan National Committee for Intangible Cultural Heritage
Kazakhstan National Committee for Intangible Cultural Heritage was established by the UNESCO National Commission in 2012, after joining to the Convention (2003). The ICH National Committee works with the communities and ICH bearers on identifying the ICH elements across the country and making surveys of the traditional knowledge manifestations and performances in some of the areas of Kazakhstan. By today the national inventory of the ICH elements compiles of more than 50 elements. 11 ICH elements were inscribed to the UNESCO Representative List, and 6 of it were multinational nominations.
Republican Scientific-Methodical Center for Organization of Culture Institutions Activity under the Minstry of Culture
Republican Scientific-Methodological Center for Organization of Cultural Institutions Activity under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established in 1936. The Center’s main tasks are to preserve and develop the rich traditions and achievements of the national art, to promote theater, museums, library, creative associations, and culture, and to raise the status of recreation and recreation parks, cultural and recreational centers and concert venues
National Center for Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture of Mongolia
The National Center for Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture of Mongolia was established in 1988, as a ‘Restoration studio for museum objects’. From 2008, the center conducted the registration, inventorying, documentation, and safeguarding activities related to intangible cultural heritage throughout the country. In 2017, the status of the Center of Cultural Heritage has been raised to the “National Center for Cultural Heritage”. Today, the main duties of the center are to enrich the Mongolian State Database of Cultural Heritage; registration and documentation of tangible and intangible cultural heritage; implementation of the cultural heritage restoration, conservation, promotion activities in the country; development and implementation of the advanced methods and technologies for restoration of heritage; and to provide technical and practical support for the organizations in the cultural heritage field
The Malaysia Arts Cultural Practitioners Association (MACPA)
The Malaysia Arts Cultural Practitioners Association (MACPA) was established since 2010. We implemented the framework accordance 2003 Convention modules for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, we operate the ‘ICH MALAYSIA’ supported by Sarawak Government. Our direction are preserving ICH element to provide and sharing information. Enhance essential network building and raising awareness to the community.
Vietnam National Institute Culture and Arts Studies(VICAS)
Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts Studies (VICAS) is a leading research and development organization operating directly under the umbrella of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MoCST) of Vietnam. VICAS was established in 1971 with its main missions being to do research, advise policies and strategies and implement activities and programs in the field of arts and culture.
